About
l have over 25 years of industry experience. l started at a young age working alongside my dad covering most aspects of the building industry.
l worked for many large companies as a subcontractor across Sussex & South London. l became a regular subcontractor for a few kitchen & bathroom companies in Brighton specialising in their plastering & tiling requirements.
All the images on my website are my work & l have tons of other photos that may be relevant to your project which l will be happy to show during a site visit. I’m very polite, professional & considerate when in people’s properties. l always supply my clients with clear detailed estimates, so everybody knows where they stand before any work is commenced. My clients will always receive very clear reliable communication throughout any project no matter how large or small, with a high standard of finish upon completion from a small professional team who remain on site from start to finish.
What To Expect
A high standard of work, good mannors with sensible prices.
All my clients receive a good level of communication before & throughout projects, with clear explanations for the use of certain materials / techniques.
l will always give a detailed estimate so you know exactly where you stand & fully understand the works going to be undertaken. Often detailed plans will be included with your estimate.
l am happy to obliged with any access, timing, covid-19 requirements you may have but this must be confirmed before any works commence as this could impact the cost of the works.
Payment
Often a tricky subject between clients & contractors.Which is exactly why l always agree a payment plan with all my clients before commencing work. This way every one knows where they stand & what to expect.
Generally payment is due upon completion by bank transfer (cleared funds) or cash within 24 hours of receipt invoice.
However with some larger projects interim payments may be required at certain points during the contract but once again this will all be agreed before commencement of works. All works will be supplied with an invoice.
If there’s any reason you feel you are not prepared to pay an invoice/interim payment you must make me aware immediately, so l can resolve the matter in an amicable way.
Bank transfers are extremely quick & easy to make nowadays, so any delays with payments for no valid reason may result in a delay to your project.
Photos / Marketing
Throughout most projects l will take before & after videos/photos.
These will not include anything personal to you or include anyone within your household.
The location of your property will not be publicly known either.
These photos/videos are used on my website, social media, Checkatrade, etc.
As a small business l rely heavily on these marketing materials & these are often the reason clients use my services because they can clearly see my work. If l am unable to market my business at your project this may effect the cost.
If you have any objections or concerns regarding this matter you must make me aware before commencement of works. Otherwise l will maintain copyright & use of these marketing materials.
